For one of the most elegant buffet experiences with perhaps the widest selection of unique foods, the Buffet at Bellagio may be the premier choice in Vegas. American fare is only a fraction of what you’ll find here, with chefs featuring specialties from Italian, Japanese, Chinese, and other ethnic cuisines. The friendly village town decor features old-fashioned lamp posts, well-lit spacious areas, potted plants, and beautiful art to admire on the walls.

A colorful variety of fruits and vegetables tempt the healthy diner on the buffet, while the white chocolate Nutella parfait scooped into hand-crafted waffle cones satisfies the sweet tooth. Choose from seemingly endless seafood or meat entrees, or visit the various cooking stations for made-to-order dishes. You can select freshly sliced steak, chicken, and ribs at the carving station. Seafood options include Alaskan king crab, shrimp, and smoked salmon.

One of the most original buffet choices at the Bellagio may be the wood-fired pizzas coming consistently out of the oven during the day. Other unique dishes include ahi poke, smoked salmon and scallop ceviche, and shrimp shumai. Complete your meals with pastries, croissants, or selections from the gelato station and visit the stunning dessert section, such as the cheese blintzes drizzled in strawberry sauce.

The Buffet at Bellagio is open daily from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Brunch Monday through Thursday is $49.99 and $59.99 Friday through Sunday. Children aged 6-11 are half price, and children under 5 eat free. The buffet includes juice, coffee, and tea and features drink service to the tables. Adults can add a beverage package for $24.99 and receive unlimited house wine, draft beer, and select cocktails like mimosas or margaritas.

Wicked Spoon Buffet at Cosmopolitan

The Wicked Spoon Buffet at Cosmopolitan is a creative twist on the traditional buffet. The restaurant’s warm earthy coolers are welcoming and cozy. The buffet features a substantial salad bar with plenty of fruits and greens, a carving station, and a seafood station. Along with traditional American foods, there’s an area for Italian food and a section featuring Asian cuisine. One of the most popular sections is the dessert station, which features pastries, cookies, and a gelato bar. The dessert table also has fun cake pops that children adore.

Breakfast is from 8 to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday. The costs are $38 for adults and $19 for children ages 5 – 10. Children 4 and younger are free with paying adults. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and is $45 for adults and $22.50 for children ages 5-10. Weekend brunch is served from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays and costs $49 for adults and $24 for children. Adults can purchase a bottomless beverage package featuring mimosas, champagne, bloody marys, and draft beer for $21.
